asian guy looked lazy and moody...
This is my concern about Chinese players. They tend to prefer going to karaoke and partying than training properly (and I guess you can add playing with PSP's as well). I hope ricki has a look at this guys attitude off the pitch as well as what he did tonight and in Dubbo (assuming he is making the trip).
Jeez! One Lellei does not make a Chinese National Team (OK, slightly weak arguement as the team is
cr@p). Quite a few comments from others showing some pretty dodgy generalisations or associations by country of origin.
Do you rate a whole country of players on the performance of one compatriot?
I think what should be learned from last year's experience is what is required to motivate any talented player (both on and off field) - so agree with you there SC03.
As an example I'm mightlily p!ssed off that the latest Man U signing has scored two goals in two games as opposed to when he was wearing black and white and scoring b*gger @ll especially at crucial times (and getting paid handsomely for it too). That said I don't make comparisons with other English players (OK another weak argument as the team is also good at choking, but you know wot I mean?).
u right mate. When Leilei G** came I talked to one of the staff inside phoenix about China got more than 1000 players had the footy level which is similar as G**. But I means nothing on the football level of the counrty. We developed our professional football15 yrs b4, this is the result means have to be or must be. At the same time, quailty players means not only professional on the ground and changing room, also after the game. Talented player need to orgainze himself well to improve after he or she getting old (Like after 23 yrs old the football potential getting lower comparing with the yrs he was 18).
Its meaningless to compare other contries football to NZ football. Different situation and different system. We play our football

PS we still need a target man up front
