10k if the weather is good. the Lions in. But it would be a good idea to get some talk on down south so they can come come up drink Saturday night and then go to the nix store to buy there nix gear before the BB and then off to the game.

10,892. My sister can't come along.
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

don't want to sound like my mum but "it depends on the weather". the weather is a bigger factor than the rugby. i think around 8 thousand.

im just glad its a long weekend and we can get jolly and enjoy a good Nix win and possible entry into the top 4! smeltzy will definitely score.

9.000 - The latest crowd was 6,500 and the nix form will up it to 8000, and labour weekend will make it 9,000. it could be more but the rugby final being on the night before  + the fact that it is on at 6pm sunday wont help.

You will miss the first half if you turn up at 6pm -  5pm kick off

From Metservice ...
Thu   14C <!--Fewshowers--> 10C   Fri   17C <!--Fewshowers--> 10C   Sat   17C <!--Rain--> 9C   Sun   14C <!--Fewshowers--> 7C   Mon   14C <!--Fine--> 10C <!-- include baradd_bottom.htm -->
I live in hope that the southerly will die away early afternoon and we will have good (albeit cold-ish) conditions.  May fine-up too late for a good crowd though.

Colder the better IMO....the Raw have been training all week in 30+degrees. A nice cold Wellington southerly will make them wish they were at home. Our boys have been toughing it out in one of the worst winters in memory.....2-0 to the Nix!!!

The flaming Breeze radio station was saying whats on in the Capital this weekend yesterday and didn't mention the Phoenix! So I launched them an email and reminded them and they plugged them big time so that will guarantee another 500 people (mainly over 60) to the Caketin! They also played Honky Cat by Elton John for me and I did nothing at work all day, it was a lovely friday! Go the Nix!

Looks like its fixin to rain!  (quite dark outside right now)

Glass half full theory ...
Extremely sh*te weather tonight. Empty seats at rugby.  Clears up early Sunday afternoon.  Sports fans from both codes deprived of event, say "What ho, why not catch the Phoenix".

I know, I know, its serious!
