Just one more point � Is it only me that thinks that impending arrival of David Beckham and the LA Galaxy Rangers Rovers United City County FC is turning football into a circus. I mean 24,000 turning out to see a performing seal. Not to mention that we�re putting a �double header� weekend of football right in the middle of our season, this is all about making a little Greek bloke a little richer.
Don't like the implied racism in this post. What does it
matter that Terry Serepisos is Greek? What relevance does
that have to anything? Why is it necessary to mention his
ethnic background? Furthermore, I wouldn't describe him as
"little" - he appears to be an average height. But also what
is wrong with being "little" - we were all little once right.
One might imply a dislike of "little people" in the post, again a
disturbing prejudice.
Make your point but leave the offensive stereotypes out of
it.
