Out of the 2202 season ticket holders so far how many have been dupped by Ticketek so far. Only 1 week till the first home game. What do we do if we don't have our passes???? Is it a case of printing out our confirmation and showing the gate attendants??
Please vote for each "category" if you will. ie make a selection between Choice 1 & 4 then go back in and make a selection choice 5 & 7. I know Yellow Fever supporters are a smart bunch so I probably didn't need to explain it but there it is anyway.

I'd like to have a ticketing agency that:
1. Respects the Nix organisation, by providing competent service
2. Respects the Nix team, instead of slagging them off (as I remember one staff member of theirs doing so in our first season)
3. Respects the fans and provide them with the service they paid for
4. Doesn't have a track record of incompetence
5. Hasn't been responsible for members not renewing or joining
6. Knows how to do their job
7. ACTUALLY does their job
That shouldn't be too much to ask for, but it seems it is.
(Oh, and I don't have my pass yet)

make sure you vote twice for not having tickets and different method of getting seasons1. Respects the Nix organisation, by providing competent service

This should be two separate polls.
One for "have you got your pass yet?"
and a second for
"Should the Nix use Ticketek?"

The club has to accept some of the blame for the Ticketek issues. With their record the 2 previous seasons you would have thought they would have been all over them and at the first hint of trouble given it to them. But all we have are the same hollow excuses and even denials that there have been problems.I still find it staggering that Terry said he wasnt aware of any issues last year and didnt realise there were problems this season.
If they think this hasnt had an affect on season pass sales then they are sadly mistaken.

In my defence, I thought the multi-vote meant you could multi vote within one visit to a poll. I didn't know that it meant it would allow you to vote as many times as you wanted. By then it was too late.

Mine arrived in time and correct $$ charge if a bit of time lag between confirmation and being charged. Only "minor" gripe is that there was nowhere on-line to specify preferred aisle/row.
Would be good to have an on-line plan of the seating which could show available or (maybe more do-able) unavailble seats.

Haven't recieved mine yet. For some reason, even though the early renewals were back in May, sh*ttytek are going to charge the last payment the week the first home game is taking place!!!
So I am stuck in the position of sh*ttytek not being able to send me my season pass, even though they've had two months to make the charges to my CC, and I can only pray I get my season pass in time for Sunday.
There are too many problems with the way they run the part-payment option, since they only charge the CC once per month because of their sh*tty system.
So next year when I renew, it will be in full upfront.

Have got mine this year, although there was a bit of a debacle with them reversing and recharching my cc about 3 times.
Still a bit disgruntled however about not receiving it till about round 6 last year.

I believe there's about 20 people with issues. 20 too many considering this is their 3rd year at running the show.

Could be done like a domain name or plates.com, you enter the Aisle and seat to find out if it is already taken and if not, you can grab it and pay.

Be careful with what you say!! There's always the next season...
So far there are about 20 (known/reported) out of about 2000 that have experienced significant problems. So just under 1%.
Not sure how that compares with a ticketing industry norm but to me the interesting and somewhat disturbing aspect is how those people have been dealt with following their first complaint/notification to ticketek.

I have yet to receive my membership, but did only order a couple of weeks ago so that is to be expected. Just that I can't get any info in how to get a ticket for this weeks game if my membership doesn't arrive in time (very unlikely I would think).
I have rung up a few times and left messages with no reply, also noticed that I am yet to be charged for my purchase (again expected with the experience of others).

Sounds like a case for Target or Fair Go, lots of angry customers.
Any complaint like that would invariably look bad for the Nix - at a time we are trying to sign up members - not a good idea.
As frustrating as it is better to sort out yourself or ask Tony P to step in if necessary - Tony always seems more than happy to fix Ticketec stuff-ups.

I know this is a Ticketek whinge thread, but I just wanted to mention why I didn't get season tickets this year, even though I intend to attend every home game bar the Chch and Palmy ones. (Chch is too far; Palmy and I don't get along.)
Seats are assigned. This means that if anyone ever wants to come along with me, they can't sit with us and we end up having to buy extra tickets. Last season this happened a few times.
Alternatively, you could get rid of the anal security guards. I saw them threaten to trespass a group just because they wanted to sit in some seats without anyone in front of them.

We received five of our six tickets as soon as they came out. Have had numerous conversations with Ticketek trying to find out if the sixth had even been sent out (couldn't confirm either way). Was told if it hadn't arrived by last week to call and another would be issued. Have left numerous messages on the answerphone - with no response. Finally got through this afternoon, to be told a paper ticket would be sent out and we would have it before this weekend, but she was unsure when the plastic season ticket will be issued and posted. So waiting, waiting, waiting ....
I hope the Phoenix either change to Ticketmaster or can sort the tickets out themselves next seaon.
