Uh call me mad but I think Mooy is massively over-rated. Like that Twit Hersi from Perth. 1 trick ponies.

Your mad.

He may be overrated but he's completely dominated our midfield tonight.

MotM today has definitely been Kisnorbo. He has completely shut Burns out of the game and none of our other attackers have offered anything. I think Burns might have actually had a good game against some other defenders. Kisnorbo has just never given him a chance.

So in summary, its fair to say that we can accept a loss but the manner in which we are losing is the most dis-heartening?

We have not fired a shot and that is frustrating. Its a whimpering end.

The frustrating thing is that we've been sharke for the last month. It's not like this performance is a surprise, just a continuation.

Its tough to argue against that really. Its like the AFC break was a massive flat tyre for us that we could not re-inflate.

You mean a striker. He was one of our best ever.

thanks for the season everyone.

Why is Ben Wiliams ignoring his assistant ref? He is constantly over ruling him when he is far away.

FTR, it is fair enough to criticise the way we have played in the last six weeks. I just think saying the reason we lost is because we don't care is cheap. It's up to Merrick to find out the reasons and decide where we go from here. I honestly don't know why we have turned to shark but I don't think it is a simple fix.

You are on the nose with this.

I am awaiting Doloras to blame it squarely on Ernie. I bet under Ricki, we would never have lost.

Yeah, that is bananas JV. He has been a standout in the league this season. 17 of their goals have been his work.

Fair play to City. They are an average side that locked us up and over achieved.

What pisses me off is losing in the manner we did. I could have handled a loss if we showed some fight but from the sideline, it looks like we just surrendered meekly.

You win some, you lose some, but some losses just mean something different.  Tonight was one of those games.  We were contenders for a while this season but ended up pretenders, we NEED to figure out why

Andrew Durante was slumped over there. He does a really good job pretending he cares about the result, given that he clearly doesn't.

He,  like other members of the team know they have let themselves and fans down over the past 6-8 weeks

sums up our last 5 weeks since that rain affected win in Brisbane.  I don't know what's going on with the team but it better not be there next season!

While I'm happy with the number of firsts we acheived, it has been overshadowed by the last 5 weeks. It really is depressing our season is over.  I had high hopes when we were top of the league.    I'm mad with you Phoenix, really mad.  Don't contact me for at least a few months!

Dura called it pretty straight in the post match. Poor, continuation of the last month. At least he recognises it and not sugar coating it.
