What a shark time. Fudge you FFA.

Members should have an email with ticket details.

As a valued Member, you have first access to purchase tickets to the Elimination Final via a pre-sale window which runs from 9am-4pm (NZST)Tuesday 28 April.

Is strange since they are the ones making a profit/loss on the gate.

The Melbourne heart/city have never won a shootout in the a league and the nix have won every one they've been in.

Wish the Hurricanes weren't playing at home that weekend, or perhaps our game would have been on Saturday.

I can't believe the FFA are so stupid as to have both games at the same time. Surely a 4 or 5pm KO here would have ensured a bumper gate for them to grab all the monies from and also serve as a lead-in into the second game? Same old Aussies, always not thinking out of the small square.

The timing will be determined by Fox Sport's view of optimum viewing time in Oz. Given they pretty much fund the league that's not unreasonable.

Sure it's not optimum for us but it's, baring a miraculous string of results, the only playoff game we'll get. It's also our first playoff game for a few years.

So just get in behind it and enjoy.

He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

The timing is what it is but still very disappointing.

Citeh have held us to two 0-0 draws at home. Ernie better be whipping our (Not. A.) strikers into shape. I wouldn't blame him for quitting in disgust if we go out on pennos.

They are not at the same time. The Adelaide v Brisbane game is on Friday at 9:30pm NZ time.

But what if Boyd doesn't take one and Krishna does? Surely we're doomed then.

Fuck this stupid game

I hope Manny and Lia go back to the bench, Fenton to fullback, A-Rod and Krishna back into the starting lineup. We need A-Rod's work rate and passing accuracy to allow Roly and WeeMac to play more creatively. Manny has been poor for weeks, and although Fenton has defensive issues we need the attacking width he brings bombing forward. Krishna is a confidence player and putting him back in the starting lineup might give him that confidence back - Burns also seems to play better when Krishna is playing better too.

As long as Manny is on the bench I'll be happy. His laziness made me want to throw things at the TV.

you are quite right. I ask you, what do you think of Mannys form and do you think the calls are incorrect?

We may not be the coach and have won anything, but sometimes, our analyse can actually be right too.

Manny has always been a useful fill in at left back but it's not his natural position and he isn't comfortable there, especially against high class opposition. A lot of people think that full backs should be able to easily switch flanks but even professional players find this a challenge. Left back is a specialist position. Manny is not a natural left footer, therefore he is immediately less effective. Fenton didn't make a very good job of it either.

And yet Ernie has not persevered with Doyle much?

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

I have a feeling that playing an elimination final could be a blessing in disguise.

The team need a game to sort things out and get their winning mojo back before the semi.

In the semi, Sydney could be all complacent, slack and rusty after two weeks off.

We've managed to beat Victory away already this season - so why not in the Final?

Only teams coached by Ernie Merrick ever win Grand Finals in Melbourne...

"You're gonna to win, your gonna go, you're head of the pack, you're king of the show,

You're on the move, straight to the top, you're way out in front, you'll never stop...

You're gonna win...you're gonna win...."

I'm already having a fit over them changing the system from using your membership number to order things...this password idea means I have to get another set of numbers off people I get tickets for :P

From the Age

"Victory, Sydney FC and Adelaide are the only teams with a genuine shot. Make that three-and-a-half if you think Wellington Phoenix are going to provide the mother-of-all form reversals. To be honest, that's hard to see given the displays they've been producing ever since they hit the top of the table over a month ago. Getting beaten at home by Sydney FC for the second time in five games shows there's a genuine gap between themselves and the competition's best."

Fair comment. Even this Sundays game, I think we will struggle to win

Silly question here: Where do the core of the fever sit? Our season passes have us behind the goal and we normally shuffle over to the zone. We couldn't on Sunday but really want to be in the thick of things this Sunday??? In short aisle 21 or 22?

Can not get tickets, some weird delivery option called ''will call' then when press next an error message saying ''source price 3 does not exist or is not available.  And it says they're $30 (thought it was $35).

If anyone manages to order let us know!!

Absolutely I agree, and to me he has been absolute shark.

And we may be right.

And we may be crazy.

We may be wrong for all I know.

But we may be right.

We may be wrong but you may be right.

Thank you, Billy.

But the other option says "Venue Pick-up" which is charged at $3 more, meaning it makes no sense at all..

Had roughyl the same with the 2nd error. Changed to a different browser (Chrome instead of work supplied IE) and all was good.$30 plus a few charges.

I'm slightly disappointed!
