family holiday. Parents organised it without checking Phoenix home schedule. So gutted that I'm missing Sundays game, have to watch it in a pub.

I have updated from cap to reversable beanie...

I went down to Ryos at lunchtime. They've got kick arse new (well, new at least to me, I hadn't seen them before) reversable beanies. One side is black with two yellow stripes around near the hem with a Phoenix logo, and the other side is yellow with two black stripes around near the hem with WPFC in Black. They rock. Vey styly.

I got one, but nearly bought 2 so I'd have a spare. Wish I had had one for the Glory game!

I've got three of the old BLACK ones - on the expectation that I was going to lose them (bought one three years ago and two more a year ago).

Maybe i should take up yachting?

(It's spelt "luxury yacht" but it's pronounced "throat wobbler mangrove")

Cap, Scarf, Neon Stripey over Eyechart T shirt.

Lift conversation was VIBRANT when I arrived at work. People usually just look as if I am a bit odd, or smile weakly. A lady I didn't even know walked up to me as we waited for the lift and said "Good to see someone passionate about our team! Good on you!"

Which broke the ice, and someone else asked "Are they playing today?"

I said "Yes, against Adelaide, in Adelaide. Kick off at 10pm"

And the firsty lady said "It'd be awesome if they could win tonight and come back for the next home game still on their winning streak."

Wow! The worm has turned... people's awareness and willingness to talk Phoenix is WAY up...

Wear a full long sleeved dress shirt, with Nix cuff links, and a swanky collar.

Lesson learnt... If you ask the Boss he can always say no. Best not to ask at all

The cufflinks also made an appearance at my wedding so I'd say I'm hitting the mark 50% of the time in terms of 'Doing it Right'
