Two things.

1, Talk to me on Thursday afternoon, should have an idea when we will have them on Friday by then (right Marius ?).  If need be we can hang on to one for you, but will no more Thursday,

2, Guttering is what carries water away from your roof, I think you will find it is gutting.  This is an error many youngsters on here make and in future I may well start banning people for it.

OK - ALL HEAR THIS

I am picking up a load at 9:30 on Friday morning - so anyone who wants to buy one pre-weekend can meet me at the Feathers (pub on Featherston St) between 12:30 and 1pm on Friday.

Marius hopes to have his load blown by early afternoon.

In hindsight, that is a very unnecessary remark. I apologise to Mariius unreservedly and acknowledge I am a twit.

Apparently his sister, is a renowned piano cafe concert player in Romania.  You should ask her.

I'll be at school during that time so won't be able to get one. Any chance of after school... 3:30pm onwards.

And how much do they cost?

I tried to get one in town yesterday, but the Lampton Quay stalls had sold out of Yellow & Black by around 3pm (if they had any at all). I hope thier are some left to sell at the BB on Sunday.

Okay, so Marius has a clashing appointment.

Huge thanks to Fitz for being a one man selling machine.

We'd run out well before the game mainly thanks to his efforts (amazing what having a man who is 6 and a half foot tall telling you to buy things will do).

Apologies to those who came looking for us late, but we had all the stock of the Yellow, White and Blacks that Canteen could give us.  We've got a couple of ideas for next year to make it a bit bigger and better but we'll see if they come off.

Thanks to all who helped sell and well done to all who purchased (or just chucked the kitty some cash).

No idea how much cash we finished up with, I gave it all to Hard News, I think I made about $220 from the 50 I sold on friday and we sold a few hundred on Sunday, so maybe a grand I guess.

Yeah, won't know exactly until we get it tomorrow.

Counting in the pub by drunks was not considered a good idea.

Great effort, for a good cause

(selling the bandannas I mean, not the getting drunk in the pub)

Well done - especially Fitz, Hard News etc at the BB.  Was amazing how quickly that box load disappeared!
And good on everyone that purchased one - great cause.
