Only thing I found confusing was having a separate $0.00 ALW “order” show up alongside my All-In renewal - guess it’s just an administrative thing but it did throw me for a moment.

That was very confusing for me too, I had to re-read the FAQ's several times to make sure the All in actually included the Womens matches.

Yes.
If only the cost of parking could be brought into the real world.

Parking at the stadium will likely cost me several times the price of my ticket!

Sadly thats the Stadium Trust and they are only intetested in ripping Phoenix fans off. Would be nice if they gave us the same deal as they do Rugby. They give the same BS excuse that they sell out parking BS not at most games i have been to.

interesting that whilst the membership prices are relatively cheap they now come with nothing, just the elctronic pass. If you want the physical card with lanyard or a scarf and cap you need to buy them separately.

Yep if you read it thats as a result of the fan survey they did and what most wanted. So guess they have answered the fans and shows maybe be they do look at those things.

I've got a group of us on my membership and the email tells me I am set to auto renew the lot on 4 August.

No thanks.  Two weeks to get hold of people, some who are travelling overseas, and sort out if they want renewals.

I've logged in via the renewal email link to "check your renewal" and as far as I can tell - with no obvious cancel auto renewal option - I've cancelled all the pending renewals and payment methods.  I've probably also lost any renewal discount and member seat preference.  Who'd know for sure.

I can't log into any member site using my member number.  It says that's an incorrect login.  And logging in via the renewal email link just continually forces a password renewal.

It seems very strange that the club has a web site that has no members login option.

I guess on Monday I'll need to be doing as they advise on the email:
Any queries, or need to make changes to your order? Reach out to the Membership team before Tuesday 4th August by calling 0800 WELNIX (0800 935 649) - select extension 5, or emails members@wellingtonphoenix.com. We're available 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

If it helps, I also got a forced password renewal from the email link but after that I was able to log in with my email address instead of my membership number - I’ve heard that Ticketek rolled out a new back-end system this year, so I wonder if we’re being migrated over to that as we renew.

Anyway hope you’re able to get your tickets sorted!

Cant find a date but wonder if its the same as when auto renewals are done 4th August. Hope there is a delay as seems some are having issues with the system seemingly not being kind to those wanting to make changes
