Not being smart Patrick but welcome to our world. You now know first hand why we get so sarcastic at Ticketec. Sorry to hear of your plight. Not the phone operators because they are usually quite helpful, but the online issues, good grief. 15 years and still no better. A bit like the A League refereeing standards.
Crap Steve rang me about this just after I tried from a laptop and got an adult and a child. Thanks everyone who thought of me. Much appreciated. I gotta pick them up from the stadium prior to KO. Yay 175.
HIi LG, was having heaps of issues with their site yesterday too. Unfortunately technology can be fickle, and they probably don't have many IT people working over Easter. If you log in first and don't use saved card details it's a bit more reliable, but definitely required a lot of patience from me. You're definitely not getting charged, so while their system is pants you're at least not getting ripped off, silver lining?
Oops! Looks like I'm also having issues, replying to old posts too late!
Two questions: 1. I'm taking 3 kids to the game so will need to drive. Too late to pre buy a car park spot as I can't print out the Ezy tickets. Do they take eftpos? 2. I'll have a 2 yo with me. There was no option to buy a child ticket (ages 4-15 or so). He will just go through the turnstile with me and won't get his own seat, correct?
Does it need to be printed out? Can't you just show it on your phone. I've been to games before with parking and they don't actually scan anything anyway. Yeah kids under 4 are free and go through with you but don't have their own seat.
Sorry if it's not quite on topic. It's my first time going to a Nix game in Wellington. Any recommendations on the easiest over night parking within a half hour walk from the stadium. Don't mind if it costs just want to be able to have a few pints at the game and then catch up with some Wellington based mates I haven't haven't in a few years after, and not have to worry about the car until tomorrow morning.
Did you want it to be secure? Because you can park in a coupon parking area (like on Bowen St or Glenmore St within 15 minutes walk to the stadium) for free on weekends or public holidays.
Isn't there a 2 hour time limit though? There is a car parking building right opposite Capital on the Quay which wouldn't be too cheap for overnight but its literally as close as you can park to the start of the concourse
Coupon parking has no time limit, on weekdays it's two hours free then 14 for the rest of the day, on weekends and public holidays there are no restrictions.newzealandpower

Awesome thanks for the suggestions guys. Really appreciate the help. Cracker day for it too especially considering it wasn't looking too great at the start of the week!
I arrived before 2pm and the stadium car park sign "Full" was up. I ended up shortcutting to Molesworth street and low and behold, right outside the front of the Back Bencher were 3 car parks. Cost me a massive $3.50 to park there till after 5pm. Thanks BB, very considerate of your customers to leave so many spaces. We ended up in our seats at the game a full 30 seconds before the referee blew for the kick off.
Soon! Next few weeks we will have it sorted and on sale. Thanking you for your support as we look to rebuild after 2,5 years away!! https://t.co/t5kbJHdwhl

There is so much on offer on what promises to be an Unmissable season!
Digital membership card again which is dumb. Looks like I am just buying me 3 and not a 4th again this year (wanted to get a membership for my 1 year old from birth, but without the keepsake showing it, it's kinda pointless)

Not happy with the digital card seems they just dont get it that most members prefer the actual card. Many love the fact thatthey have them from previous seasons. hope people let the club no if they arnt happy with that.
Did the Nix offer Family tickets previously? I can't see any option to change your membership to them, unless they are renewals only at this stage.
Used to be a 4x seats option for around the ~$400mark, 3 kids +1 adult, or 2 kids + 2 adults as a family pass.
There is now a family zone in 31/32, but prices for any silver/family/fever section are ~$296 adults, $164 students (tertiary / secondary school), $87 for under 16s (child)
She's getting pricey this year. Before anyone jumps me, yes I know why. Doesn't make it any easier to stump up for though, but I'd rather dip further into my pockets than I would like to than the club go under
"By now you should have received an email from our new membership partner Flicket that will direct you to the members area to renew your tickets. "
No email received.
Go to Flicket site, only thing they have is a 'Contact Us' form, no where on their site mentions the Phoenix. Google 'Flicket' and 'Wellington Phoenix' together, get nothing of use.
Go to Memberships on the Phoenix site and this is what I get:
"We know you’re excited for the 2022/23 season but we’re not quite ready yet!
We are happy to inform you that Wellington Phoenix Memberships will be going on sale on Monday 8th August from 5pm. Add it to your calendar Nix fans!
If you are an existing Member who would like to renew, please check your inbox for your renewal email from ‘[email protected]‘, you will be directed to the members area to renew your tickets. "

$310.04 once the service fees + credit card surcharge added on. Good timing for that Cost of Living Payment to hit the bank account.
