I am glad it worked out for you. We seem to be having the same type of hassle. Will call again tomorrow and see if we can sort it out. Seemed like mentioning foundation membership threw them a bit. It has worked out in the end before though so assume it will again
They are using a token system. Once you’ve hit the link you’ve used the token. We didn’t know this and we’re just looking for the price to tell our crew. Token used no tickets. Our mistake I guess but when I called they said they’d call back in a few minutes and I haven’t heard from them.

It's $286 if you buy the hat and give the $5 donation. Then the fun begins. Anyone signing up for a first time will probably give up on the 3rd attempt.
Just stopped renewing as got right through to just about to pay without seeing any sign of the promised 10% discount if brought before the end of July. Did you renewing guys get it.

The $266.40 price (for Silver/Zone) already includes the 10% discount. After July the price will go up.
Is there is a list somewhere of all the different categories and prices for child/adult membership instead of having to go through the ticketing process to find out? A simple 1 page document with the prices and a link to each category would suffice. Seems like such a simple thing to do. I don't know why they make this so hard?

Hacked off to see the club offer discounted membership as a Fathers day promotion at a price thats cheaper than i could get to renew my membership. Club yet again proving they just dont get it at times.
Wow just went to book parking for 1st game on the 15th and cost was $17 nice little surprise. Didnt get to put discount code in so not sure if its even cheaper for members
Ditto wasnt expected after the email i got. Received my Womens pack which was ordered well after the renewal of my Foundation membership.
Gotta admit little disappointed the only thing that says Womens membership is the Admission Card. Realize it may be a cost thing but going forward hope they can improve that area.
Awesome to see and no real surprise to see we are having our what seems to be now traditional delivery of passes problem.
email from the club last night seemed to suggest that there were fulfillment issues.
Yeah got that as well just wouldnt feel like a season start if things didnt go wonky.
so day after email arrives the full pack arrives, seems lke a miscommunication somewhere, but happy to have everything in hand before the season starts.
About bloody time this has been suggested multiple times but for some reason has been completely ignored since our 1st season. Imagine over the years if those young footballers had been encouraged many would probably be paying members know. Guess better late than never is true.

I guess its been a cost thing, getting a sponsor to "pay" for it all rather than the club. Lets hope the kids' parents actually do something to get the kids to the games. Of course they have to know about it and claim the ticket first. As a parent of a registered U16 player I've seen nothing from our club.
I got my email from Cap Football yesterday for my son and the junior Nix membership, and I signed him up. All very easy, and he is very happy. theprof

Yeah sadly seems their delivery of the message to people is still sadly lacking. At least they as opposed to the past they are making an effort just need to try harder to get it to the people they are trying to reach. Most of the promotion seems to have started far to late.
