Doom Post should have offered him a column to get him back to the Capital. Would have been great to have him involved in the local football scene.

Daniel was playing for Police United in Thailand, and when he stopped playing they asked him if he wanted to coach some of the youth players there.  Daniel turned it down as he was not ready for the Police Academy.

Have been talking with Daniel today. He's well and is very happy with his wife and two children.

He also said he honestly enjoyed his time in Wellington and playing for the Phoenix and thinks of us from time to time.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!
