Since podcast #1 all the way  back after the first playoff in 2012, the Phoenix have been a bit sh*t. Given the obvious correlation, how much is the podcast to blame for that?

Are you guys going to announce any Fever plans for the Hutt Rec games in this Pod? I must say that you've been doing a good job of keeping project x very quiet.

There's nothing to announce yet, nothing has been locked in.

Incorrect. One part of the plan (our Hutt Rec destination) is locked in. We need to meet with Bethel's to talk about the other part of the plan. Then we'll announce it in one go.

However, we might outline plans on the pod tonight seeing as there's fk all else to talk about!

Nobody told me that the first part had been locked in ;). Happy to be corrected.

Other stuff for Greenie... how's his badges coming along? Is he still UEFA-B or has he moved on up?

I received info last night that leads me to believe we were not trolled and the Nix were under the impression it was our Carlos too.

Good pod, really seems like Ernie has done a massive amount of work overhauling the club from the bottom up.

We're really lucky to have him and not a Stubbins or a Moss.

Should say lads that the last 3 pods have been the best you have done IMO (I've listened to all of them).  Really good interviews with Ernie, Domey and Good Greenie providing excellent insight into the club.  Love your work and hope you can keep it going when Dale is away.

Of course for pure comedy value, it'll take something impressive to top the Ifill recovery section in Pod 98 or Ernie The Chickens email in Pod 100, but those are snippets.

Who knew the Asian Cup break would be so interesting.

It was another excellent pod. Quite informative and further proof that Merrick have completely overhauled the club and its set up and made it much more professional as far as the playing, coaching side goes. Greenacre is learning a lot more and this will make him a very good coach. He is smart enough and professional enough to pick up on every positive and informative piece of advice and practice that Merrick has got.

Next pod, can we have thunderstix give us a brief on the administration side of things from her point of view. Domey gave some insight to the overall situation but I think it might be interesting to get hers.

Interesting how he feels like he is doing an apprenticeship, did he not feel that way under the previous regime?

Was very reluctant to go in to the differences.

One thing that has struck me when I've heard it mentioned (Ifill in the past) is the improved medical help.

Unsure where the variability could come from.

If players were unsatisfied in the past, surely they would have raised concerns.

We haven't really been that bad in the past - but we are surely one of the better prepared clubs at the moment, we must have the least injuries of any team in the A-League this year (knock on wood), with just Lia, Hicks, and Krishna having minor niggles. Just compare that to Sydney for instance.

Greenie was a player under the previous regime so would be very familiar with modus operandi.

Ernie is a new broom, different philosophy and different approach.  Of course he and Gould were going to be apprentices at the beginning.
