All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite

Are we sure the phrase in the title of this thread is meant to be "jail break"?

People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis. You can't trust people.

#InTheZone 164 is out yellowfever.co.nz/podcasts.

The pod farewell tour continues as the Phoenix fade into fourth after a 2-1 loss to Sydney. Melbourne City fan, David Hards, dials in to help review this weekend's fixture. While in New Zealand football land, it's Gourdie v Hudson and Auckland City claim another OFC Champions League tile

Re-Sydney: No Moss, who I would back, in his form, to save Ibini's shot and then also missing a pen...We go ahead, they panic, we smash them on the counter. We've had a couple of weak games against them, but we can go up multiple levels from where we are now.

We are a goal or two of confidence away from being able to beat everyone. Watch us switch on in the middle of a game.

Our first team doesn't seem as settled at the moment, and Manny is a bit out of form...

Smith on Malcolmson: "He doesn't like to concentrate on FACTS..."

Still laughing uncontrollably at that one!

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Phoenix fans. We have to win them over one fan at a time.

#InTheZone 165 is out yellowfever.co.nz/podcasts.

With the Phoenix bowing out to Melbourne City, the pod reflects back on the game, their season, and where to for 2015/16. Elsewhere Danny Hay goes missing, the U20s lose to Australia, and the Chatham Cup is back baby!

When is the last pod happening? A must have collection. Perhaps throughout the off season we could have a "best of" releases.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

The Ruf, The Ruf, The Ruf is on Fire!!

Great stuff as usual.
Just a couple of things, Wainui are Cap2 but I can still see a potential upset.
The Mar players that played for Mar last year won't be stung by the 10 day registration rule as that only exists for new players.

Another great pod.

Seriously with all of the dramas and bias media I've enjoyed your pod as cut the shark summaries and updates.  Without you I may be worried the club will die because of all of the sharke "news articles" that get crammed down our throats.

Please don't take my optimism for our clubs future away and return for the new season.  Pleeeeeeease don't leave us.

it will be a sad day when the pod leaves us. Out of interest how many people listen on average each week?

Counting their mothers?

Kotahitanga. We are one.

dunno but in my case it would be two, as the misses as to listen to it whilst lying in bed. So maybe multiply it by two?

Is that including iTunes and where ever the fudge pod kicker gets its copy from?

Permalink Permalink

yup. Includes downloads and listen. At our peak we were getting up to 2000 listens.

Given that more people are now likely to be using apps like Pocketcasts etc have you checked it is including those as well, as not sure exactly how it counts subscribes/downloads.

Downloads

A download is counted when someone downloads the media file associated with a podacst episode. This could happen via programs like iTunes or directly from the PodOmatic web site.

Dale's right, it's relatively simple. Podomatic uses an API (I think - correct me if I'm wrong Paddy) to connect to various output points for the Pod, and thus it doesn't matter which output point (app/website/whatever) you use, it's accessing podomatic eventually and thus is counted as a download. Podomatic also discounts dupliates I believe.

Have the data crunchers found that negative stories on ticket sales doesn't result in more ticket sales (just more ammo for lazy journos?).

Ask him exactly what is happening with the license extension stuff, including all of the intrigue around the likes of Harper and co putting our weights up [allegedly with AFA sanction]. you know how to word it - in an unlike Veitch manner.
