is the traveling circus gonna finally be given a rest? And is there going to be a better strategy to encourage more fans to games in Wellington than threatening them with movinv to. Auckland?

Already been announced there will be two games outside of Wellington.

Can we have a page in the match programs dedicated to statistics for the two teams playing and any season relevant stats.

Please ask Domey to comment on the developments in the office since Ernie arrived. The marketing, ticketing, comms etc. all seem to have really been upped this season. Would be interested to hear about it from the inside.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Phoenix fans. We have to win them over one fan at a time.

Last pod next week after grand final.

David Dome (not Rob Morrison) is joining us on the pod today. So send in your questions before 5pm.

Gees, you guys are really harsh with your deadlines. 5.04pm didn't make the cut!

Dear Podcasters,

How dare you retire. Just when the quality of your casts have reached  their zenith, you call it quits. It has been interesting listening to you guys talking a mixture of total bollox to very well informed and researched items. Always a touch of humour intentionally and sometimes unintentionally I will miss you. I am totally gutted that this is the last cast and I will be starting a campaign to force you all back into the studio. But my last comment is genuine and very much heartfelt to all of you - thanks, thanks heaps for giving us something to listen to and for giving up your own time to do it. It has been very much appreciated.

any alternatives to listen too?

Good value from Domey. Result for Nix if they can get a team into ASB(?) Youth; 13 team league?; is there a minimum age requirement for ASBYoof? "Edgey stripey" = nervous. A Nix W "product" will be a significant boost to womens football in nz.

Kotahitanga. We are one.

Out of Our ALeague is the best possible alternative at this point (Even have their own resident Nix fan - He likes to eat Onions, but not Potatoes)

Interesting to finally hear confirmation that the AFA think that they are subsidising NZ football with their annual payment to the Nix. Nix position is that they are 1/10th of the A League and should receive equal attention. However Rob Morrison seems to of taken it upon himself to explore ways to increase revenue out of NZ for the AFA. I know he is a very astute businessman, but is this the right approach to make here? Surely it is a wasted argument to say we are 1/10 and should be treated equally and at the same time have our owner out there trying to find more money for them? Why bother with the 1/10 argument at all if all you're doing is doing what the AFA want you to do.

If this is what is holding up the license - what is the actual true position then? If more money isn't found in NZ, then they drop us? If that is not the case, why not give us our license and let us continue to try and maximise dollars from NZ to the AFA?

Of course, AFA hold all of the cards and it would be a risk to tell them to shove it, but wouldn't you just like to be in a position to say "fudge you AFA" ?

Out of our A-League is a shambles, I listen to it but sometimes wonder why.

It kind of is an unofficial in the zone B with lots of nix contents (thanks to regular questions from the likes of ryans rovers and the fact that they have a nix fan in the podcast.). I guess its Nix and Adelaide United biassed.

There isn't a replacement for in the zone, most of the Australian general A League podcasts have a bias against the nix, although that has changed with the performance the team put in this year.

We thought about it. But not logically possible given how much we are travelling for it.

Instead you get a rebel, rebel podcast.

Honestly, that is what I enjoy about it. It is 4 mates sitting around, drinking and talking shark about the football. They are not there to provide indepth tactical analysis, they just are doing it for a laugh.

Trying to think what other podcasts are around. Ultimate A-League, FourFourTwo, Around The Bloc, Roarcast, The Glory Guerillas & I think FoxSports does one.
