Actually one thing I do like about footy is that it doesn't have pre-teen cheerleaders. That really cheapens the not-really-super 15 games. Which is quite an achievement in itself.

I love how when your wearing your phoenix shirt, and you see someone else wearing a phoenix shirt, you look at each over and do a little nod and smile, and its like a cult, but the good sort.
Thats funny because I've actually noticed the reverse. On matchday, I can walk down Lambton Quay and see people wearing Nix gear and they all ignore me. Not even an acknowledgement. Always thought that was strange.

I went into this pub in North Queensland once wearing yellow and black and singing to myself "your whole team is ineffectual".

A guy dressed in some green sh!t comes up to me and asks "is that your club colours you're wearing?"

I smile and say yes.

Then I chin the f#cker and walk out.

I see what you did there

You went to Townsville and treated the Furry fans with the respect they expect from opposition fans.

Well done my man!

Maybe it's just you?

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Hey, I try and say 'aye! phoenix!' to Oska all the time and he rejects me.
Some people are just too uncool for people like us.
