Is Leo Bertos Good Enough For the Phoenix?

Bertos did pretty well in the Vanuatu game and combined well with Smeltz for that goal - certainly looked like he'd be a natural for Phoenix and he wants to come home too I gather. Elrich still hasn't got his crosses sorted - bit lose last night.
