Melbourne Heart 1 Western Sydney Wanderers 3

Melbourne Victory are now the 4th club to join the 40 club (goals conceeded in a season). Also both Newcastle and Sydney may well finish in the top 6, but both teams will have lost more games than won.
Sydney FC 1 Melbourne Victory 1

Out of interest since the nix don't have a match on the 22nd, will they be playing a local team instead?
Central Coast Mariners 1 Brisbane Roar 0
Perth Glory 1 Wellington Phoenix 2

Lets give Heart or the Grrrivals the spoon!

Heart : Roar (A) CCM (A)
Glory: Victory (A) Adelaide (H)
Decent chance of both sides picking up 0 points. Heart are terrible away and Glory have two of the top 4 teams.
Our game against the Victory looks like there might actually be something to play for.
We must win 17-0 to get the goal difference sorted. Nothing less will do.

I'm all about the goal difference!

We really stuffed the Glory's chances. A win would have taken them to 5th on goal difference. I hope Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane appreciate what we did for them.

I agree Patrick. Roar look miles better. The Jets are awful and I am just surprised that they sat this high for so long. The Glory sold off too many players and now they do look like a rabble.

I so don't want the Jets to make the top 6.
jets do have a game in hand like us, so I dont think they will make it

Melbourne Victory will play at Etihad Stadium, Melbourne, on Friday 5 April (7.30pm local kick off).
Adelaide United will play at Hindmarsh Stadium, Adelaide, on Sunday 7 April (4.30pm local kick off).

I LOVE LAMP
Press release from Central Coast Mariners says that they will play their semi final at Bluetongue Stadium on Sunday 14 April (5.30pm local kick off).
It also says that Western Sydney Wanderers will play their semifinal at Paramatta on Friday 7 April at 7.30pm local time, so that makes me doubt the accuracy of the other fixture time.

The 6 team playoff system really does work in this sense. If it was top 4, then 6 teams would have been effectively eliminated two months ago, and would have nothing to play for. With six teams, there will be at least 8 teams looking to improve their spot in the playoffs heading into the final round.
If you look at all the matches played between the NSW teams so far in the league, this is what the table looks like:
