The goal difference really does show how dominant CCM and WSW have been this year, only three clubs have a GD above 0.

4 horse race for the 5th & 6th spot. Roar might be 8th, but think they have the better run in. Heart's home form should see them get the other.

6 point gap to close in 5 matches. 15 points from 15 would most likely get us in the 6. #DontStopBelievin

No worries. Wish I could work out a way to automate a bit more of it, but converting the Excel file to a picture is something that can only be done manually.

Only counts for anything, if you are tied with someone.

It counts for our shocking defense.  I don't like looking at the -17. We could still conceed well over 50 goals this season.

Yeah but I also get the feeling that Gareth would call Stevie Wonder pathetic and unsophisticated if he wanted to look at the league table too...

Its been great that Gareth has been quiet for close to a month now (hopefully not jinxed)

I heard he got told to STFU by the other owners and the board.

Hopefully the Hurricanes have a bad couple of weeks and he can wade in there and embarass them nationally.

I've heard the Hurricanes will soon be playing "total Rugby".

Wow. Good on the board. I bet that would have been a fun board meeting. I can't help that think what the season may have been like if Gareth had kept his cake whole shut from the get go. At the very least, if would have removed the cloud over some of the issues and the effect its had on the club/players/coaches.

You can bet as long as your asshole points down, there is no way the NZRFU is going to allow Gareth to make comments on the Hurricanes along the lines that the Phoenix have gotten from Gareth this year.

man city and man united both finished on the same points at the end of the 2012 EPL, but man city's superior goal difference won them the title.

As I said, it only counts if you are tied with someone. Whether we lose by 1 goal or 4 goals , the result is still the same. Perth Glory have lost 1-0 nine times this season, that doesn't make the losses any more easier to take for their fans.

In fact, is there even a point in updating the table for the last 5 rounds?  I think we know where we will be.

On the contrary, I think Ive just had enough after that tonight. Did the Jets goalie actually have to make a save (apart from our goal?)
