CCM and WSW in a battle for the spoon. Thanks to Roar for keeping Sydney 3rd. Realistically with the 9 games to go we should be aiming for 4th. Adelaide and City are both catchable. I can't see anyone below us making a dent in the 8 point margin to 7th.

All I see there is a missed opportunity... When we win, they win. When we draw/lose, they draw/lose. This is such a ridiculous season.

Winning against Victory was a harder ask than winning against the Jets the week before. It was a perfect illustration that football is a game of percentages. If you are awarded a penalty you need to convert it, no excuses, otherwise the points (or even goals) difference may come to haunt you later. That draw against the Jets was the real missed opportunity. Last night's game was on the balance of things a fair result.
