Actually, I can think of one very obvious candidate for the new Board - Tony Pignata.

Credentials:
- Previous CEO of the Phoenix
- Previous CEO of the Victorian Football Federation
- Currently in a commercial role at one of the Hyundai A-League's major sponsors - Optus

Well worth flying over from Aussie for Board meetings I would have thought.

They could use teleconferencing or skype, more cost effective than flying him over for each meeting.
