Only because we've been hoping for a "major player announcement" for about a year now, and the club are well aware of this, so if it's just a re-signing, then they're teasing, and it upsets me.

Serious speculation - I reckon it could be Kosta on loan until the end of the season.

I remember reading somewhere that he now has an absurdly long off-season because Ze Russians have changed the timing of their season, and I figure it would be a bit stupid to go so long without game time before launching in to the Russian Premier League.

That would definitely be a good re-signing!

I'm trying to work out why I'm not excited. I think it's a combination of the fact I always thought he would re-sign (he is so much a Nix player and so committed to the club and Wellington) and the realisation that the 3 year wait for that elusive class striker continues.
