It's either a reference to Melbourne stabbings or an advertisement for Masterchef

Does the package include tickets to the games?

Contemplating this.. Really keen for the Red Tards, blue tards.. not so much.. or are they old tards and Heart are the new tards?

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

Booked. I'll be there.
Getting there and back under own steam.

Glad we didn't waste one of our away win quota at Adelaide. Crafty.

I know, I know, its serious!

Anyone who's 50/50 about coming to Melbourne, I urge you to do it. It's a great town, easy to get around (much easier than Sydney) and the new stadium is fantastic, atmosphere will be epic.
Do it, do it, DO IT!

This thread is makiing me realise what a hopeless supporter I am. I love Melborne but just don't have much spare cash and if truthful I wd rather go to Melb at a time I can go to sensation white and do a weeks surfing on the ocean road

Any chance of getting some "Away" Retro Rikki's done especially for the trip?

I'm slightly disappointed!

We bboked before this package came out, got flights with AirNZ for $160 each way, and we're staying at the Mantra (right outside the MCG) for $75 a night (5 nights) so $695 (just need tickets for the games and to buy some bacon and eggs (doubt that will cost $600 bucks though)
Only question is where is the away end and when do the tickets go on sale??

Well done getting in early. Same flights on Air NZ around $750, with $625 being about the best on any other airline. As it stands the package price is not out of line.

I'm using airpoints to get across and trip has now been expanded to father-son bonding session. Parenting at its best!

I know, I know, its serious!

According to Ticketek Australia, tickets for the Victory game go on sale from tomorrow, and those for the Heart game from Friday (follow the links from A-League website fixtures page).

Edit: $27 a pop for Victory and $25 a pop for Heart.Turfmoore2010-07-28 08:51:07

You're right KP, $27 is rather cheap for a Tards game...

not your best work, C-Duddy.

I give it 6 out of 10. I know you're capable of better.

Funnily enough, 6 out of 10 is the rating I give our current strike force of Mate and Kruse...

I mean for my comebacks KP, not your Mate/Kruse combination...
