OK - just sent an email to David Dome asking the question.  If/when I hear anything, I'll post an update (just in case anyone is interested).
Had a reply from David this morning on the possibility of a season review DVD:

No promises but we are investigating a few options at present.

You'll certainly know if something eventuates

I don't know if a season review is really appropriate. I mean, save it for a time where we win the league. It would be a bit of a joke if we did it now to be honest.

I love the nix and well done but i'd rather celebrate something better than 3rd.

Nah leave that for the bandwagonning "sing when we're winning" crowd. I'd rather have a season review DVD every season, so I can show that I was there when we were sh*t as well.

It's the lows that make the highs so great after all.

edit - that should read "that I cared when we were sh*t", as I haven't lived in NZ for 10 years.

SK - I'm confused -  you won't sleep with me if i have a Phoenix duvet, but you will if I know the words to "You've lost that loving feeling"?

lol there are probably many reasons I wdn't sleep with you... but if Johnnie Depp had me by the hand dragging me into his bedroom whilst showering me with kisses seeing a sporting duvet of any kind on his bed wd be an abrupt passion stopper

lol I sure hope Ifill doesn't read this forum cause I'm fairly sure the idea of guys sleeping under his face dreaming about him wd freak him out. I didn't even know there was such a thing as Phoenix duvets but I def think they are best left for the kiddies

If Paul had read this forum before coming out he wouldn't have been worried at all about the 50 yo crack junkie beating him up on his first day here.

He wouldn't have come out in the first place.

There are three designs at varying prices, all are available at the Phoenix store, RYOS definately have the most expensive one (Black and yellow stripes).
