Rojas. The kid has the midas touch.

Lia had a great game, as did BigMac.

Really?  His tackling was outstanding, but his passing was awful.

yeah mannys distribution was poor. thought Dura lead another solid game from the back. Him and Sigmund made some brilliant last ditch tackles.

Manny had some very wayward passes last night. Out of character. The short grass and rain may have attributed perhaps?

Rojas was quality again

Im impressed with Lia, especially his cross for greeny. Also had some great long balls through to Rojas. Mucked some things up, but im gonna give him MOM just for his mega improvement and goal and assist.

Still wondering if he purposefully popped the ball up for his volley, or if it was a poor first touch. I'm leaning towards the latter

Lia scored, hit the post, and set up Greenacre.  Man of the match for me.

Muscat was very average.

voted for vinnie - partly to see what it felt like, partly because i'll get a few more chances to vote fro Rojas 9i hope!)

and partly because vinnie had an v good game and seems to have found something extra in the last few matches

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Lia was rubbish as usual but did a few good things. Gave the ball away almost every time he got it.

Fuck this stupid game

I would agree completely but Danny's near goal won it for me. So funny, everytime he go the ball after that, the whole crowd to shouting "Shoooooooooooot!". classic moment if that had hit the underside of the cross bar.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Vince Lia was class, as was Rojas. Hard choice but Lia for me. He's stepped it up 2nd half of the season.

Went with Rojas again. He's the kind of player you pay money to watch. Always prepared to take on his man and worked brilliantly to set up Lia's goal. Unlike Leo's "hope for the best" crosses, Marco always seem to find his player and often cuts it back to the feet of someone waiting.

Lia has stepped up, as a Lia a hater most of the time he has finally shown reason for rickys faith in him.
However I still vote for Vuko for being the only keeper in the competition to get a shot on target!

Poor old Verflappy. I always feel sorry for the wee chap whenever he produces one of his howlers. Just that bewildered, hurt look on his face cracks me up, but I have a twinge of sympathy for him because he's not a complete t**ser like the rest of the Perth team. Dodgy keeper indeed.

um, while Lia scored, i don't think his performance was good enough (again) to warrant a MOM.

what a hard choice took till now to decide Rojas
but lia has impressed me
i wanted his head earlier in the season
and muscat had an off game, good to come now
that will mean no more this season
