Give it to Brown his best performance this season, great finish on the goal.

I have never voted for him. He had a good game I thought but his distribution/kicking game was terrible as usual.

Durante

Best game in our colours and cleaned up heaps. Appears to combine better with McKain than Sigmund.

McKain and Brown.

I wonder if we will start McKain at CB now. Of course what would we do with Sigmund. Put him at RB and drop Muscat?

all played pretty well, brown and Daniel in perticular, I gave mine to Daniel, he worked exceptionally hard first 65 mins, and that cross came from a brilliant 40 yard run

McKain gave his all. So he gets my vote.
Thought Manny played his best game so far,
Daniel had a strong performance also.

I have been one of browns biggest critics this year but hats off to him a very strong game

Marco.... ROJAS!!!

Daniel was fab, although it was tough te see what was going on from our angle in the stands, really close to ground level.

agree with the comments above - re Durante and McKain worth another go as central pair

prob tho if mckain is out for any length of time , and seems a bit harsh on Siggy given his effort each week

great to se a few different players in contention for MOM

So you think we should drop Muscat or not play Sigmund?

For now, this.

Alas if McKain is injured, decision is made for us.

It's not good, but he's easily one our two best centre backs so I can't understand why you'd play him out of position.

McKain and Durante played better then he has this season so why would you break them up. Plus if we play Sigmund at right-back it is good practise for the AW.

Good job from Manny, McKain the boss, Leo and Ifill not the standouts this week, particularly Leo, but still solid, Ifill more than that.  Durante also a good game and Vince takes no prisoners and had great midfield control with Brown.  Another good one from Daniel.  I'll go with Brown for workrate, midfield dominance, a good goal and in position for another chance.

Great to see a lot more players getting in the box this week.

We all want to see Siggy play but with Dura and McKain doing so well together it'sa real headache for Ricki H. Perhaps with McKain sheilding the other two we can add another atacking mid, but that means dropping 1 of Lia and Brown.

Oska, you mentioed being in the stands. Did we see (and hear) you on the telly then, after Brown's goal?

Thoguht the lads played really well showing good commitment, especially in the first half.
McKain, Durante and Muscat at the back were good. Lochead still needs to work on his crossing badly.
Brown and Lia were animals in the middle, Brown had a superb game even without the goal.
Daniel worked really hard for the hour or so he was on the pitch and his delivery is excellent, he didn't whinge about getting fouled a few times either which is good.
Bertos looked tired, but thats to be expected, good thing was that others stepped up around him.
Ifill was strong again and continues to get better as the season goes on.
Greenacre worked hard but was more and more isolated as the 2nd half wore on, still needs more support.

For me it was one of the best away performances for a while especially the first half. I thought we were unlucky to only get a point.

Re Sigmund, there is no way I would ever leave him out of my starting lineup, given that he is excellent at least 8-9 times out of 10, whereas imo Durante and McKain are nowhere near this.

That said, both those guys were excellent today. In fact the whole back line was brilliant. A bit of a poser for Ricki, then, if McKain is OK.

Both Siggy and Ricki said that he was faar to sore to play after the Jordan game. Perhaps if Vicelich hadn't been sent off he would have had an easier night but tbf Dura and McKain had a great game.

Oh OK. If there's one player who is going to give himself bruises it's Sigmund! You have to wonder if Ricki isn't having a wee think ahead to the Bahrain match too, considering Siggy is of massive importance to the AWs defensive effort. Maybe one of those dual-role coaching overlaps that aren't supposed to happen...?

Daniel for me with Brown a close second.  Whole backline was also brilliant.

Manny would have had a few rellies and friends in the stands I'm sure. Gives you more incentive

Yeah I have, full marks to you guys!!  Would have been a good game to be at (after, say, 15 minutes into it, and especially at about +30mins :) )
