Brown for me, solely based on the first half, where we actually played some football sometimes.

not sure that Tim brown would ever be ny man of the match...too slow and lacking some skills. I think that maybe Archie Thompson should be man of the match with him having the decentness to go off before he totally made our defence look even more inept than it was.........

Only one Phoenix player looked any good so he has to get the vote, Paul Ifill.

He was the only one who looked like doing anything all night, I was so angry when he was subbed off

I maintain that hernandez should have been credited with the goal, direct shot and Brown barely touched it.....other than that he played really well almost scoruing the goal that would have had us tied for the first half.

Definite own goal sadly. Brown made a definite play at the ball (it didn't hit him involuntarily) and it significantly altered the path of the ball.
