Ifill by some distance.

Thought Lochy played well also.

Diego could score 5 own goals next week and still get a couple of man of the match votes.

theres always gonna be the wierdos who vote for the loser.
Expect to see Diego gone with Caceres taking his spot next week.

Daniel on Defence impressed me. Sure he's not the best Defender and he will probably tell you that. But he tried so hard and got back and made tackles. Everyone on here criticises him for his lack of defense but this week he really tried and I think I saw him make more tackles than Bertos and Daniel was supposed to be playing more advanced than Bertos theoretically.

I'm sick of people giving sh*t to players who have played sh*t in the past. Daniel stepped up this game. As did Brown for me.

Eh?
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

i think we are being too hard on Diego.

i mean - he only had like 5 mins to do anything.

And in those 5 min he did that terrible cross to noone, and took our final corner which was just shockingly hit.  Good on Daniel for stepping up this week and doing what we wanted from Diego, he can feel justifiably gutted if he doesn't get a start again next week.

Ifill MOTM for me as well, Greenacre and Bertos were heavily marked for most of the game - Daniel and Ifill did really well to make the most of the space that gave them.

agree with daniel really upping his game this week, however not sure about tim brown as he still seems quite slow and could quite easy have gotten booked for a couple of very late tackles

It's just hard to know what is going on with Diego. I'm not going to hold 10 awful minutes against him there is this whole air of mystery about him being subbed off 2 minutes before halftime, his sulky slow-mo exit and his "health issues".

A decision needs to be made, because I don't want to see a repeat of the Elrich/Kwasnik/G** thing where sub-par players are repeatedly persevered with to the detriment of the team performance. Better to drop him entirely from the squad and make him prove his mettle (if he has any) on the training pitch.

To the two voters who gave man of the match awards to Diego...do you watch football at all?
