This is the information I got in a Phoenix e-mail a while back:

Napier (27 October

To watch the Phoenix take on the Newcastle Jets in Napier, please email beth@rbelimited.co.nz with your membership number and name. They will then issue you with one ticket per membership via email.

To purchase additional tickets for the Napier game at your 20% discount, please click here to purchase online via Ticket Direct and enter promotional code Members13.

I sent an e-mail to the e-mail address above quoting my season ticket Acc number and received an e-mail yesterday with my "print your own" ticket attached.

The Rodney Green stand will have the fever zone and appears to be behind one of the goals.

Permalink Permalink

Correct, it is the small wooden stand at the southern end of the ground, right behind the goal.

Check out the "last few seats left" thread. There's a lot wrong with the ticketing process.

Rodney Green is both the Fever Zone and the stand they're putting other season ticket holders in. #shambles

A heads up for anyone planning to make a weekend of it - as well as the Under 19's, WaiBOP United are playing in Taupo at 1pm on the Saturday, if anyone is such a football nut that they want to go to that too (probably those coming from Taupo and above), then just letting you know of its existence.

Sent an email on Friday quoting my membership number but got no reply. Are the fever zone tickets allocated seats? And if so, how can I get an extra ticket that will be in the next seat?

Hoping it's all GA?

I asked the same question when I asked for mine. It appears they are GA and you can buy an extra ticket on the Ticket Direct website using the code they give you with your ticket.
