singing the Home and Away theme at away games.
It shut the south bank up in Melbs.
No real reason for it apart from randomness

I have a weird mental image of feverish (whom I've never seen) singing the really high-pitched woman's bit from the song.

You know we belong together
You andI forever and ever
No matter where you are
Your my guiding star
and from the very first moment I saw you
I never felt such emotion
I'm walking on air
Just to know...(just to know)
You are there...(you are there)
Hold me in your arms
don't let me go
I want to stay forever
home and away
with you each day

Let me be the one that you turn to
Someone you can rely on
Closer each day
Home and away

I love it how it's always the slackest c**ts you know who pretend to be all proactive and onto it. The f**king hits playlist has been sitting in numerous f**king YF exec f**king inboxes for f**king weeks. c**ts. Farken.

It'll be a cold day in hell before I sing the Home and Away theme tune verbatim in the Fever Zone.

Having demisted and read back through the thread, I can see the appeal at away games to mindf&ck the home supporters.

I retract my last post.

Fecking fantastic idea, i love it!

having been to a few cricket games (one dayers and tests) over in aussie, it's always the really "random" chants, signs, etc that really throw them, haha.

As cultured as Che Bunce's left foot and as profilic as John Lammers

Why does it have to be away? It strikes me as general mockery of all things sh*te and Australian, in one fell swoop.

I have participated in a rendition of this on a bus home from a music festival before, it was roundly appreciated by the rest of the bus!

It is genius.

Don't fight it.

Hold me in your arms (News), don't let me go (Wilso), I want to stay forever.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

What a strange thread this is.

Is it you or is it me?

Lately I've been lost it seems. I think a change is what I need.

Shortland Street for home games?? And if so,, what are the words? Personally I watch Cops and it's sequal around that time. Doing the Bad Boys theme could be fun for us to do though.
