Jason Pine @pineyzb

Leo Bertos won't travel to Gosford for Thursday's game v CCM. Groin injury he picked up on Saturday worse than first thought #wgtnphoenix

Manny at RB, Smith into the side?

Anyone but Smith. Would rather they pick someone at random from this forum.

A three goal win could get us into the top 5.

We want four.

so, if the post about Piney's prediction is accurate it's looking like one of our regular back four to start

certainly gives Ricki a plausible story to tell about bringing Lochy in for Hogster (for this match perhaps)

midfield looking a bit unaccusatomed to each other

oh well, Iffil to provide the magic then

Tough game for us tomorrow. Even a draw would crucial, extending our positive string of results to 3 on the trot (which after 4 losses in 6 games would be awesome) but looking at the way we've played in the last two games, I frankly doubt we've got it in us.

Also, the latest injuries (esp. Bertos - quite happy that Lochy's got the flu!) make things more difficult for us.

I'd love it if we lined up like this

                                                                                   Mossy

                                                            Moosecat     Dura (c)    Boxall      Hogg

                                                                            Lia           Smith

                                                                 Ifill             Cernak       Fenton

                                                                                   Brockie

Subs:

Paston

Boyd

Waffles

Dirty Sanchez

Can't exactly play anyone else at RB so.... Moosecat will have to play there.

You can choose to swap Smith with:

- Linsday

- Sanchez (in which case you'd have to pull Cernak back to CM, which sorta doesn't make sense as he is a creative player and should play AMF, and also Cernak-Lia...not so sure about that combo)

You guys are aware that just because 93% of people vote for CCM to win doesn't mean they will. COYN!

The poll was also only up on the CCM site, so all their fans would have voted for them. Online polls are hardly scientific.

However, 60% of the time, they are right every time.

CCM signed Fitzgerald for next season a few weeks ago, but he wasn't off contract until the end of the season. Roar let him go to CCM early, and as part of that deal they agreed that he wouldn't play in the fixture between the two clubs.

Back four will be interesting. Maybe play Lochie on the right to keep Manny in midfield.

I would.

I'd rather patch the right back spot than move out only decent midfielder out of midfield and try and patch that.
