In regards to the up coming A-League play offs series, it would be much appreciated if the Wellington game could be scheduled for Friday the 30th as myself and C-Diddy both have respective piss trips in mind which can only be made possible if the game is not played on Sunday.

Sunday is not a good day for me.
I want to be able to score afternoon off work friday and have a blinder rather than a 600+ km round trip in the Holden Vectra on the sunday.

Sunday game... so:
Take MONDAY off work. (And Friday afternoon if you have to). Drive down to Wellington on Saturday (or Friday afternoon if you're really hard). Go large on Saturday night (and Friday if you are committed). Big breakfast at the back bencher on Sunday and then start early. Leer up big time and be the life and soul of the place by the time the other regulars start filtering in. Go to the game on Sunday, and go hard. Go out after the game and paint the town red.
Crawl back to Napier on Monday.
Simple. Do I have to work everything out?

Only thing I can think of that would stop that is the away team travel (flights, transport, hotels etc). Flying out from Sydney could change a lot of things that we don't think about compared to flying from Melbourne. Shouldn't affect it too much though.

i am hoping for a sunday as i work friday nights .if its on a day i cant come i might do what BWTCF says and harden up and take the day/s of work .I already have this sunday booked off work well the arvo anyway and work in the morning

Yacht race scheduled to start at 9pm. So if it's blowing 40 B***ards the race might be postponed until Saturday morning, which would mean I can go to the game.

The Aleague finals games are confirmed after the last round has been played.

My friend is a cameraman who normally does the nix games at RoF and was asked if he was available to work on Sunday the 1st of April.
