Roja is fit, he looks tried at times because he has been doing lots of intensive sprinting down using aerobic fitness and so a bit of time of catch a breath before sprinting the next ball down. That's what all players should really be doing. Until he stops sprinting outright, you know he has hit the wall. But he has not got there. Even if he does get their, he may get a second wind as well after ten minutes.
