The only problem with offering Ricky a position within the club next year is the owners aren't gonna sack him as manager half way through this season. The only way I can see getting the point across is for the Fever to boycott the next home game.. Even those with season passes. Only way to show them we not happy to put up with this crap

I'm bored with Ricky's lack of ideas and failure to motivate the squad. I think that they are bored with the same ole, same ole lack of imagination.
A change in Manager may see Wellington as a vibrant and positive place to play football, instead of just to eat and drink.
