Bought 10 tickets earlier today with no worries, definitely don't think this on the way to selling out!

Apparently tickets sales are very strong. Anyone who remembers the last game at Eden will recall that buying at the gate was a nightmare. So definately prebuy

I wonder how many seats were actually made available for the game? Half the ground is closed when you look at the TM seating map.

I have a Northern Membership, so i get a free ticket to this game. Kinda keen to sit in the fever zone. Anyone know how to ensure i get a seat in section 413?

Yeah it’s a bit dumb because those tickets are automatically assigned - I’m not sure where but not the zone..

You’ll need to email the club who can then email Ticketmaster and let them know you’re due a free ticket for the zone.

Thanks, i sent them an email and this was the response

So appatently I have to buy another ticket instead of giving me one that is valued at the same price as silver reserved at the other end of the park.

Been a member for 2 years now and im seriously dissapointed with how they treat their out-of-town supporters.

I'd do two things:

1) ring the 0800 number and ask for a seat there. Good chance Ticketmaster will just do it.

2) if they say no, I don't think the zone will be packed so I'd just use your normal ticket and walk in. You should be fine.

Glad to hear that a week out from the game, ticket sales are strong... a shame we didn't sneak a win in last night otherwise that might have added a couple extra thousand to the game.

You can walk from the city to Eden Park if you're fit, or grab an Onzo or Lime scooter and get to Kingsland on our excellent new cycle way.

Airport bus will drop you at Mt Eden station, two stops from Morningside.

For those that bought a Northern membership, have you received your membership pack yet?

If so, how long did it take? I bought mine on the 20th of January and am still waiting to receive the pack.

TM gave me tickets in QQ too.

I feel left out, I got NN

There are nine of us in section 413 row VV (closest I could get to QQ). Hoping for a good atmosphere in the fever zone. C’mon Phoenix!

Is there any Nix fans whom live in close proximity to Wellington Airport and have space to park an extra car for four days?

Will take you about 45mins to walk from Aotea Square to Eden Park or about an hour from downtown Auckland.  Otherwise train's easy from Britomart (downtown Auckland). Get off at Morningside stop for the pre-game drinks otherwise Eden Parks easy enough.

There's several buses that go along Sandringham rd - 274 is one of the top of my head.

Otherwise Uber Zoomy from town will cost probably $10-$15.

Hope this helps ?

275 is the 27L these days.

Wouldn't recommend an OnzO to get there - no gears means the hill up from town would be a mission. Very safe though now with the cycleway

I see they are expecting around 20k at this game. Be great and would shut a lot of people up about our crowds.

Only single tickets left in most aisles of the northern stand. But mostly only tickets left in fever zone, victory aisle and GA behind the goal Good signs.

Apart from an All Blacks game, when was the last time 20k turned up to The Garden? A Wazzas game last year maybe...?

Can't imagine the Blues have attracted 20k for awhile...

If there are only single seats left wouldn't it make sense to open more stands?

Would anyone know if the sold seats are inclusive or exclusive of all the northern members (who as far as i know haven't received their tickets yet)? Would hate to think that paying members (true long-term fans) get pushed out to a less desirable side of the stadium because they have been brushed to the side, and left to the last minute when it comes to generating tickets.

Not true. We sometimes play in Auckland too.

But the team is Wellington based, not Auckland or anywhere else.

Dont see why just really confirms what many have said for some time, that is get the team to perform consistently and it will do wonders for crowd numbers.

ITM Cup rugby final last year, Auckland (winners) verus Canterbury which was obviously boosted by tickets being gratis!

You would think on the back of Auckland's win, general optimism this year around the Blues, first of game of new Super season, and opponents being traditional rivals the Crusaders - the Blues will get 20,000 plus for their first home game, the night after the Nix.

From a football angle a crowd of 20,000 would be an impressive effort from the City of Sails. Sure it's a one off game, the Nix haven't played at Eden Park for awhile, and there is a general upbeat feel around NZ's sole professional side (though lets not forget they are still only 6th in a 10 team league). But would be an impressive crowd if it happens.

Should open some more discussion about whether Auckland can have it's own A League team. I always thought Eden Park No 2, had potential to be redeveloped as a boutique 20,000 seater football/rugby ground. Of course the number of nights Aunty Helen & the other local NIMBY residents allow floodlighting, being a big problem. I imagine the EP precinct will eventually all be bulldozed for housing. Pity as a better locale than either Mt Smart or Albany.

Didn't the government offer a plan to build a brand new waterfront stadium but the RWC 2011 crowd wanted to do up Eden Park? Now it's losing money hand over fist and falling apart. What could have been
