Would like to have voted for Moss & Brown, but Brown just shaded it for me.

I think we should have played Paston

Extra reason for being glad about the win, having lampooned Topor-Stanley after the 4-1 win at the Stadium he appeared to be quite a useful player last night (even better in the game against Queensland the week before).  Wouldn't have enjoyed a large dose of humble pie if they'd won and he'd had a blinder...

Also loved the Aussie commentator saying how Daniel had done nothing much all night, just before he put the ball in the back of the net!!!!
Selhurst Park, 25 January 1995
What else could he have done?

even after Timmo had won possession on the edge of the Perth box they were still rabbiting on about other fixtures - muppets!

Considering that every other attack in the game came to naught, I'm not too surprised.

They're still muppets though

Moss the MOTM, with Brown, Smeltz and Lochead all thereabouts too.

Moss kept us in it!
Lia has been a pleasant surprise...putting in some energetic performances and some  nice touches...might have to set his watch 30 seconds fast so that he's on time for a couple of those challenges...

good to see lochhead having the confidence once again to get forward. thought tim brown worked hard over a big coverage area of the park.

Mossy's confidence helped too. But I have to say, if O'Dor had conceded a goal from that "malakia" when he was tracking back with Harnwell on his tail, it would have been unforgivable. Another example of poor individual decision making at the back. Best way to describe it.

It's a bit worrying when our keeper is voted MOTM by such a large margin. Skaman2007-11-05 11:05:56

The one he got booked for wasn't so much late 'cos he got a bit of the ball, it was just terrible technique. Going in 2 footed like that is always going to get you in trouble. He played well other than that.

It was nothing compared to that ugly challenge by Joe Keenan from Melbourne.

Pretty funny if you ask me. Next they will be messing up the name of the team or the country.
