If your kids need something to do

or you do

Get along to the Ring of Fire ( Westpac Stadium)

Meet the players!, get the autographs!, grab the goodies!

11-1

The sun is shining - and it's got to be better than doing stuff round the house

Were they hungover?  Saw the whole team out (even Ricki) last night! :)

I reckon it was even better than last years. access to the players was brilliant and each seemed quite happy to have a chat. I got a load of good shots including robb Watson and his Plodder cut-out and his Uber Fan FM.

I'd like to thank the Phoenix staff & players for making this a very good day and also to the support people pointing us in the right directions. Excellent effort everyone.

Ps: Those reversable beanies are exactly what I was hoping for. Sewn in badges not ironed on.

Pps: Thanks Daniel, my nephew is still buzzing at the time you gave to him. You are a legend on the park, You're an even bigger legend off it. Richard Johnson & Adam Kwasnik ditto !!

Good day out.  Although i did feel weird competing with kids for their signitures   All players were there except Smeltz (in Aus for A league launch), Lochy, Lia (having surgery) and Manny (probably packing his stuff up from Aus).

Ooooh that would've been hideous. Hang over + sun + kids = not good .

Well done to the team in that case.

Another vote for a great day.
Weather - perfect.
Team - very giving of their time.
5 year old learning that it's all in the groin height elbows when trying to get signatures..........

Im not a complete idiot, some parts are missing!

My 6 year old had a blast collecting autographs - and fell asleep tonight with his autographed ball

Its the little things that mean a lot to the kids - well done Phoenix

I think the fact that John Arne Riise attended shows just how popular the club is becoming (he is in the background)

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Hahaha genius.
Yeah a big thanks to the Phoenix boys, Tony and Ricki and all the club managent etc.
What a great day for all the kids. Was fantastic of them to give up their time like that and do something for the kids of Wellington etc
I got a little bit jealous though... Watching my nephew get all those autographs, I had to stand back and play the mature unlce role, in reality I just wanted to push in front of him and the other kids... But thanks Phoenix. Great day.

Looked like a great day.
I couldn't get there, bung eye and of course had to commentate on all the Olympic sports for the wife.
You know how it is, us men know far more than the TV commentators and our significant others just love to hear our witty comments and analysis all throughout any event and before and after (they don't appear to appreciate it though, I'm sure they do on the inside)

Is it just me or is Daniel the pied piper of NZ sport, he seems to have a line of kids following him wherever he goes but dosen't seem to mind, talks to them all and genuinely appears to enjoy it. Top man
