Surprised this story from today's SST hasn't appeared on the thread yet. Or maybe it's been posted somewhere else.
Among other things it suggests that although Terry has publically declared his confidence in Ali, behind the scenes our Terry is losing faith.
Terry Serepisos could be set for harsh lesson

4.07% interest rate. As has been said elsewhere, you could get that in Government bonds.

Or maybe that l33t squad of hackers that Ali Syed recruited finally got them?
Ali Syed: "Johnson didn't get his loan because we did due diligence and found out he was dodgy." That's so funny on so many levels.

It's a bit odd. They offer them a rate, and ask for the arrangement fee before they've completed due dilligence?

Surely the whole point of the first fixed fee is for due diligence to take place? How can they offer a rate prior to due diligence?
Big. Stinking. Mess.

"SOURCE: all numbers pulled from arse." Only the first one has any credibility whatsoever, apart from some posters' determination to be more pessimistic/angsty than everyone else.Doloras2011-03-14 15:18:07

The real questions is what kind of pint does he have?
Miguel Angel Revilla, President of the Spanish region of Cantabria (north), which is settled at Racing Santander, he told the Spanish press on Sunday that the owner of that team, the Indian Syed Ali Ahsan, has no " scammer pint. "
Gotta love Google translate.

New Santander boss "does not appear to be a crook"
Revilla said Ali "doesn't know anything about football but it is
clear in his mind that nothing moves people as much as football."
"I sit beside him in the stands during matches and I die of laughter. When a defender passes the ball to the keeper for him to centre it, he claps like he a crazy man," he said.

Serepisos judge needs to see them... so that Terry can be liquidated? What is Johnson's (because I assume that's him) agenda?

Ok, so a development here in a Spanish paper: [via google translate]
:
Western Gulf Advisory Company (WGA), owned by Indian Syed Ali, in turn owns the Racing de Santander, may be reported to the Australian authorities and the countries where it operates if not paid on Friday of $ 3.62 million (2 6 million euros) to an Australian manufacturer.

Keith Johnson denounced last week in the Australian newspaper Sydney Morning Herald an alleged scam to him and other businessmen from Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia, amounting to approximately 72 million euros.

Mr Johnson said he would initiate global legal action
Well, that sounds credible and serious.
And wikifrauds.net is still offline. Coincidence, or conspiracy?
