So Huawei might have been hired by the Victory to find out our secrets. I hope they're paying dearly for them.

Huawei NZ only employ 80 people in total - so the money must be coming from China. Huawei is Huawei, just as Sony was Sony before.

Here's a scoop:

The phoenix are hosting a big-wig representative from XBox over the weekend of the game up in Auckland.

Make of that what you will...

Free XBox One for all season pass holders? I'd prefer a PS4 tbh, bring back Sony.

I wouldn't say no to an XBox One so long as it came with a second controller.

Ricoh are the new shirt sleeve sponsor, filling the gap left by TAB Sport. Nix approached Ricoh to find out if they wanted to move from being a regular sponsor to sleeve sposnor, after they failed to find another business to put on the sleeve.

Not allowed alcohol sponsorship in the A-League, the FFA took money from the Aussie Government's anti binge drinking campaign.

You don't have shit. Your source is some dude on these forums and your being very vague. Name the new sponsor and put your balls on the line or gtfo.

Rumour??

Only a fool would believe that. Have a look at the A-League partners and it is obviously just a silly rumour that only an idiot would post.

How about this Vader.

If its true I wont post on the forums for 3 months.

If its false you will crawl back under your rock and not post for 1 month.

Have you got the balls?

I heard Carlsberg. Not a source I would expect but has links to the brewing world.

How long was the A League's deal with the anti-alcohol people? Is it definitely in place for next season?

Considering you hardly post, sure I'll take that bet. But considering 2 unrelated people have heard the same brand, best you fuck off now then aye?

So much angst.

I was surprised at my source considering they have no affiliation with football. But they do work in the beer industry.

Blew off the suggestion at first but when I saw JV say it was rumoured to be a beer then I took more notice.

Will try for more detail tomorrow. For now - cool your jets, haters.

So this means Carlsberg instead of Tui on tap at the stadium.

Fortunately with all this interweb rude boy talk is that we are mostly based in Wgtn/NZ.  If we were in the USA someone would have got his gun out by now.

If I had a history of making shit up, then sure, I can respect getting called out. I don't, hence hostilities especially when I look at the two clowns calling me out.

Carlsberg are Independent Liquor. Would be surprised if they were stepping into the mix

Could it just be this? Read somewhere that it was up to whoever hired the stadium what beer they sold, so maybe Welnix are switching to Carlsberg  for this. A supplier deal rather than a sponsorship one.

Would have thought unlikely they'd forsake the sponsor value of a beer brand.
