wow I find that pretty harsh on Caceres but  great call from Ricki. Bertos hasn't been amazing but by putting Caceres to the bench, it gives him that hunger to prove he can be consistent.

Don't think that Caceres could've done much more last week but don't think we lose much by him being on the bench - i'm sure he will play at least 30 mins

Wrong. There is going to be a special type of porta-floor down for the concert which will protect it from the foot traffic. However the stage will kill an area at the end of the field and this won't effect the football pitch to much [if any].

Also, the pitch is in great condition and this is due to the renovation which just took place. It had been a long time since we'd had an opportunity to do one - remember that the stadium is used all year round and all of winter is a write off for this sort of thing. That comment from Andrew Durante only justifies it. It was okay before the renovation but now it is exceptional.

So you think it will be best in the league?

Not for me to judge that, I don't see or play on the others. I'll have a chat to Ricki and the guys tomorrow, see what they think.

So that would suggest exactly the same lineup but with Dadi instead of Caceres. Thats a tough call on Caceres but in terms of our team, Dadi is a striker whereas Caceres was doing a job

Dadi baby...WOOT! I'm a bit gutted for Siggy not getting a start, but I can understand Ricky wanting to prove a point around discipline etc. Second game i've made it to all season...SO PUMPED!

I'll be quite happy with that lineup, leaving Caceres to come on as an impact player.

Been along time since the last game day at home, I'm bloody excited.

Not really a fan of having 3 DM's at home. Manny should be on the bench and then Caceres could play just behind Dadi.

I know Ricki said it was to get Lia and Brown more forward but really they aren't creative players and end up doing most of the tracking back

I scored some deloitte lounge passes from work. I thought it was crap though that on the back it lists your seat numbers for different events. Such as different seats for Rugby/Other and different ones for Cricket. Getting to the point, why is Football classed as Other, aren't the phoenix a resident of the stadium and play a hell of a lot more games there than cricket is played?. It tells me that stadium don't appreciate WPFC much. Rant over
