One month between home games is obviously two weeks too much!

Judging by some of the posts some clearly think we only have to turn up and the 3 points are ours.

We take good form in to the game and the Roar are without Moore and Millar however it ain't no done deal.

He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

My thinking too. And with Dadi in, it makes the formation have to adapt and even if he doesn't start, it'll mean a rethink in tactics. I think this weeks game is a huge test of Ricki's tactical ability. Practically all players availiable. New Striker. Form players but they have dissapointed at other points in the season. A huge task to pick a starting eleven. And we all know Ricki doesn't like changing a winning team...

But after the crazy world cup tactics, Hearfield at RB, and Muscat at DM, I'm willing to trust any calls thatr he makes

right on. he has made some odd moves that not many agreed with, but they have come off. I feel he could get the best out of Dadi so this could end up being very, very exciting.

A little nervous though, we have NEVER beaten the Roar. Out of 8 games to date we have managed just three draws. This is however a great chance to stick one up them with all the disruptions they have had. Apparently Matt Mackay and Tommy Oar are flying straight into welly from Kuwait so  they will probably arrive sometime tomorrow hopefully rather knackered. The Roar has a bit to play for as they could also end up in 4th with a win, it is Tiattos 50th and Matt Mackay's 100th game and I am sure they would like to stick a few past Reddy.

Given Gold Coast's 5-1 over Brisbane last week,  we need to keep pushing down our left.  Hard work, but yeah, we can do it.

I share your nervousness -  all the omens are good for us; good recent form, recent turmoil in Roar camp and no Miller or Moore, at home, weather (cool) should suit us, psychological lift from Dadi joining team etc.

Huge game - it's not "must win" but a good result will build on the momentum gained from last weeks win against the Mariners and set the scene for a run at a home play-off spot.

The Roar however are still a very good team with some match winners (esp. van Djik and Oar).

I can see us really going at them hard in the first 20 minutes - hopefully we can score early and then go on to put them away ala Mariners.

Looking forward to seeing Dadi play even if for only half a game - I suspect, with Greeny out, Dadi will start and, when he starts to fade, Ifill will move up front and Costa will come on.

We are kind of in the same situation we were in when we went into the last game..... but think positively i do not think Ricki will change the starting line up (as long as there is no injuries in the next two days), but, he will reshuffle the bench.

Also, as a side note, I think, could be wrong this is Browns 50th A-League game, including games for the Jets or the Nix. Not too sure of that though.

What better way to celebrate than by scoring a goal (with his head) and picking up his 5th YC?

just seen the squads for this weekend and dirty tiatto isn't playing? have I missed something?

Tiatto hasn't started a game for a while. Will be the next gone along with Malcolm i'd say as he would've been part of the Moore/Miller/Malcolm group as well

Postecoglu said the other day he was leaving him in Brissy which almost confirms he will leave/retire sooner rather than later

Diego played as a sub in the last game too didn't he? 'promoted' must mean he's starting!

Glad that Henrique is out, he's dangerous. Van Dijk, Reinaldo and Oar are the only others I really rate out of that lot.

Reinaldo can be sh*t and Oar was invisible last match against Gold Coast.

Don't rule out what Murdocca and McKay add in the middle as well.

Van Dijk and McKay are the dangers for me. McKay has stepped up lately and has chipped in with a couple after a long drought

No Henrique is good - he ripped us apart in that first game against them
