I hope Wellington go for the win, Sydney will be hurting after this game (3-0) and we've beaten them before... it'd be great to show the aussies we mean it this time around, pre-season or no.

ANOTHER great save by Bosnich according to the coverage, sounds like he's had a blinder.

i believe Kwasnik was a probably a better option than Porter, considering that Porter is 30 years of age and probably not at his prime, Kwasnik is still only 25 and he has A league experience and can provide goals and assists..........

Nixinoz has given the team performace a 7 out of 10.

 Has stated that the team improvement in the second half was like to different teams playing.

His man of he match was Durante as he was soild at the back and played some fantastic long passes to team mate, he also caused Reddy to pull off a sectacular save from one of his shots.

Reddy was forced to make four outstanding saves two of those from Hearfield.

Nixinoz will be returning to Phoenix land early in 2009 and has said that you all  have shout him a pint for keeping you all up to date with this report. ( what about me I had to type the bloody thing)

Anyway hope you have all enjoyed the reports (and spelling mistakes)

Warriors played at about the same time, I'm sure Phoenix must be catching up to them in status in the nz sport hierarchy. But the warriors got mentioned and we didn't.

 

Sydney now is a huge game, preseason final appearance would be the perfect confidence boost for the players and ticket buyers
