We've improved as the half has worn on passing wise. Our possession play and midfield dominance = great the whole way through. Was getting very frustrated with the long balls over the top and the bad movement though.

I'd like to see Bertos get the ball more on the wing and Muscat overlapping

Ferrante is pretty terrible unfortunately. You see small glimpses but most of the time he is useless. On the other hand McKain has been great. At one stage he dribbled around about 5 players (then we went back to the keeper for whatever reason, but still)

not minding it. Dodd's done all right from it. As long as he is consistent.

Great work by the Phoenix, they're looking like they WANT IT.  That kind of football is what we want to see and Super Leo scores!!  How can you still be complaining that its from point blank, it was excellently met and headed on past the keeper.  Its goals like that which give a man confidence.

Win or lose lets just hope we keep playing this brand of football.  Oh and put Daniel on the park!

Slater just said Ferrante has been good in the midfield. What the hell? Brown and McKain have done everything.

Think that our defence is noticably shakier with Muscat on the right instead of Siggy and Dura not there.

OK nice goal to Bertos, but I don't like seeing Smeltz playing so wide. He's wasted out there.

bad mistake by Paston there I see now looking at highlights. exact same thing he always does. always a result of piss poor communication. like he always does in every game. He is nowhere near good enough to be playing as our number one keeper.

He'd better get used to playing that far away from home...

Nice to see him doing something in the changing rooms.  Often he seems to be doing nothing.

My half time report, a bit shaky as I'm struggling to make out players through the far from HD tv that is iraqgoals.
Paston and the rest of the back line have been a bit shaky for my liking, need communication and focus. However Siggy and Dodd conitinue to show good commitment. I'm liking the Sex Panther down the right I must add.
McKain, Brown and Ferante seem to link well, I'd like to see them get their heads up more and get their passes away quicker, if they do that we'll see much more exciting transitions to attack.
Hearfield has been doing his job but I'm a bit peeved not to see Daniel there. SUPERLEOBERTOS seems to supporting Smeltzy well, and well he's scored so I'm happy. Smeltzy does seem to be relieved to have the GCU thing out of the way, chasing and showing a deire to finish at the Nix on a high, as the commentator pointed out he needs to play more centrally though.
You know we belong together...
