 What the hell was Lochhead thinking there? Keeper's beaten, you run like sh*t and cover the goal line, not gently jog back like you've got all the time in the world.

 You get the impression that he would explode if he ever mentioned something positive about the Phoenix.

 Having said that, good game Phoenix, had lots of chances, and unlucky in some situations - but they definitely showed some character with the attacking football tonight.

well there goes our hopes and dreams but I personally have enjoyed being so close to a real playoff berth oppourtunity. next season is a long way away and we will talk what ifs for months but at the end of the day, the Phoenix have had a very positive season. And we have found a vast amount of talent that we can keep for next season and grow on.

Yup I know this wasn't what we hoped for with the playoffs, but it's definitely been an awesome season with heaps of good moments for the Nix!

Ivanovic is soo hott!

Frustrating way to end the season...no one with that bit of quality, and Ferrante should never have been anywhere near the game.

don't think Daniel was much less deserving than Kemp of the penalty. Could so easily have been the hero. Smeltz doesn't dive, Daniel lets the ref know. nothing either way.  No incision through the centre.

It was these kind of sort of games we were glad to leave behind.
