Dodds is a good example when he was finally put in his correct position. That's clearly down to man management..

FINALLY put in his right posistion?! Ricki knows Dodd is a quality centre back, thats why he played him there all last year...

But he brought in two more quality centre backs and wanted to fit Dodd in the system as well. It didn't work, and he learnt from that.

And just because Aloisi said what you've been thinking hardly makes him qualified to assist.

I'm a huge Aloisi fan, but some people on here have some ridiculous ideas.

We must have been speaking to different horses I guess.

From what I've seen of RH decision making and inability to get the best out of a good bunch of players I'd say I'm on the money.

Unrelated.  I wasn't arguing that Ricki is definitely the man.  I'm saying that Aloisi definitely isn't.

That's RH's job. I'm sure RA could assist lighting the rockets that need lighting.

Now he's a rocket-lighting assistant?

Massive backpeddle.

Could do an assistant's job at that level I guess, but doubt he and Ricki would want to work together.  Ross's ego far too massive.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.
