That's a bloody decent effort. New coach, untested new team against largely unchanged grand final side and we have done OK. Jets have got the quality to roll over us but I feel quietly confident we wont fold without a fight.

Might be time to bring Nicholls or Burns on soon I think. Not a bad effort considering though.

Wow this stadium is shark. How do you get worse? 5min before halftime, small croud, queues back to the walls. Not even sure how it's possible.....?!?!?

One encouraging thing for me is that we've hardly seen anything of Durante. Usually it's last ditch tackles galore but he's kind of gone into the background. Which is as it should be if your defence is operating in a semi-efficient fashion.

Surprisingly, I think Rufer is palying quite well. Get Burns on for Williams.
