Don't have time to listen to it. Does Dura actually say that the issue is the players and coaches not seeing eye-to-eye on what to do? Because that's exactly what killed Ernie Merrick's career.

Deserved for Parkhouse, he always sparks some danger coming from the bench. Like the look of the back four, benching Durante is fine for me, seems to make errors and can't compensate them with on field leadership to stick to the gameplan. Hopefully Rufers delivers.
