Can't wait. An easy watch for me - hardest away game (not a tick box match) - not expecting any points - just want them to keep improving.

I want some points- Hernandez, Huysegems, Ifill, Bertos, Brockie, Cunningham I don't think we should be afraid of anyone in this league...maybe of our own fitness levels...but not of any of these teams

It's game day Leggy- we haven't come last this season yet, I'm entitled to some enthusiasm

You are right and I am also very enthusiastic and we won't be anywhere 10th spot.

As Ernie said, make the play offs and then anything can happen. I will take a Toilet Seat before a Premiers Plate if need be.

Besides if you look at Leggy's team this season that quite often the only thing we fear is fear itself- this United team that won the title last season is one of their weaker teams across the park, but Fergie is a genius. I say this as a former United fan, going back to Bryan Robson, Brian McClair, Gordon Stachan and Roy Keane, Giggs, Cantona, Solxjaer et al, but didn't like the Ronaldo and Rooney era team and have followed, but not supported since then.

Actually the stats showed Lia had a good game against the Roar. Midfield stats

                    passes     % completed

Carlos              45              88.9%

Broich              44              84%

Manny              29              82.8%

Lia                   42              78.6%

Miller                53              77%

Franjic             41               73%

Bratten            67                64%

Lia was also 2nd equal on the number of tackles and first equal for tackles won by midfielders

It seems to me that many Forum members need a scape goat each season. It was Brown, then it was lockhead now it appears to be Lia.

It is  possible that players can improve under a different coach. Lia's first game under Ernie went OK. In fact Ernie said he did not bring Reira on as a midfeild sub because Manny/Lia were working well.

Fair call to bag a player if they don't perform but Lia did OK last weekend

.....42 passes....how times did he pass it to a Brisbane player....Don't compare Brown with Lia....totally different class plus Brown could score goals...lots
