You're being sarcastic right? Because being a nix fan obviously must entail posting on the fan forum on a regular basis right?
I'm getting sick of people extrapolating level of fan dedication from level of active forum participation. Not only does it discourage a wider fan base from participating as nothing you say may be taken seriously if you haven't racked up x inane posts, it makes the yellow fever look like an elitist forum and some of the people who post here look like dicks.
Some people just like to read the forums to keep abreast of the latest news and rumours with a little humour on the side. Let's not jump down their throats when they decide to actually participate in the discussion, even if it is a fairly pointless and directionless post like the one above, I have no idea where the post whom the post is intended to, It could just as easily have been ignored.

I think Joey was taking the piss - after all he's only got 270 posts himself :P

But yeah, I agree, number of posts is no indication of anything other than forum participation. I think we were just a bit confused at the "not a real nix fan" call when it was delivered completely out of any context. That's inflammatory talk right there!

I hoped so. AJ is the main culprit, whether he is being sarcastic or not, someone set his count to zero I just noticed. That was worth a good laugh.

Yeah, that was the back 4. You can argue that it works. But sometimes it doesn't work. In my opinion Muscat is a better holding midfielder than left back, and yes, Boxall has played well in patches. The problem is the inconsistency, Yeah we won v Vctory 5-0. Good. But then the same back 4 lost 0-5 v Heart. Not so good.

I agree with the loss of Riera though. it is huge. But what is Vinnies role in the team then? I think we have better options, but thats my opinion and yes he isn't suited to a holding role.

I feel try Muscat at Holding, he played really well against Brisbane there first game of the season, hasn't played there since. Caria at Left back. 

If we lose, then ok, maybe try something else.

Your changes to the lineup (Muscat to midfield, Caira to left back and Boyd in for Brockie) are pretty sensible I think.
