Other than the Dura-pen situation not sure what other clangers he's had. Football is a contact sport and I think he's applying his threshold evenly.

He is just a poor ref.

Can you identify what he's doing poorly. I'm curious as I'll look out for it in this second half. If it's just the way he's managing contact then I'm okay with his approach he's undertaken so far.

I realise we're all a little one eyed but jesus man - we've basically been wrestling them all game. They're done it back to us now though.

Dewey talking about Kwabs: "The crowd love this guy off the bench. Love him."

I think Dewey has misread the situation.

I have to say this was my thoughts exactly.  Thankfully,  Sigmund did damn well, but I have to say I wouldnt have touched the back four and would have let Siggy roam in front of the back four.

Fudgeing cracker of a game.  That's how you respond to getting a licence.

Manny always seems to have these games maybe 1 out of 5 games. Remember the Brisbane game where he scored 2 as well.

He played some absolutely cracking balls through on top of his defending as well.

Fox and Dura were great too.

We have had to put up with so many incompetent Aussie Ref`s over many years, it`s about time we finally get a break from a Kiwi Ref!!

That was hugely entertaining tonight, anyone in Wellington who wasnt there sure as hell missed out. Two goals from our #notastrikers and then a massive effort from the lads to stay in front. I thought both teams showed some exceptional skills in a terrible wind, and a great game of football thanks to teams that actually wanted to go forward.   God I love it when we have a positive attitude and put the ball in the box.

Who else wirnessed a certain fan in aisle 22 row b seat 104 getting the humungous wedgie in the last 10 mins of the game. Although I was kinda concerned that his Durante mask was also tucked down there! I haven't named the person to save his embarrassment but his son was beside him and his mate is a Nottingham Forest fan.

I have not laughed that much for a long time. Now, to the game, I am not sure who was in shock more, the Feverzone or City players when we went 2-0 up? Manny was morm by more than a country mile, yet theybgave it to Dura xause of his 200th game. Still total respect for that is due. Nice to see the club bring his parents over for the occassion too. Domeys half time speech was good and well received.

The se ond half kinda sucked, we should have buried the game on two occassions but we held out with some desperate but good defending. Mooy was a constant threat and I wish we had signed him. To be fair, the guy is a real talent and I thought he was going to seriously deal to us, especially after his deflected free kick goal.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Well done lads, and well done Ernie for the lineup. Now Powell and Watson will have to battle their way back into the lineup. Manny was outstanding. Great reward for Dura's 200th.

Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet
